What do I need to have a mobile detail?
All we need from you is power and electricity. We will take care of everything else!
I live in an apartment complex and dont have access to my own water.
There are a few options. One, a lot of complexes do have a place for washes and the such, and it simply takes asking. If they do not have anything available, we are able to do it from our home in Troutdale. Just let us know and we will schedule it there!
How long will the detail take?
Most details take 1-2 hours with our two person team. We try to make sure both people are working on different parts of the car at the same time to ensure your time is valued.
Why is there a travel fee?
Unfortunately, we are one van in the east Multnomah County and our prices are figured for you to be within 20 miles of our home base.
Do you work in all types of weather?
We will work in just about any climate (light rain or shine), but we do have a “triple digit policy.” Anytime it goes over 100 degrees, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Also, if it is raining heavily, we won’t be able to cover your car to keep it clean.
When being scheduled, what kind of timeline will I be given
We will schedule you for a time, but we do have multiple details every day, so we ask that you be flexible. Sometimes we may be early, sometimes we may fall behind but we will always keep you updated via text.
Do you have a Cancellation Policy?
We don’t really have a cancellation policy in place, and we don’t get too many cancellations but it is a bummer if we get one that’s really short notice. That causes us to have to scramble to fill the book but we do have a cancellation list if we get cancellations they can go on a list and will call them in order of reschedule.
Is there a Charge for Cancellations?
At this point there’s no fee for cancellations or rescheduling we try to get them to reschedule
